StewMac Becomes Exclusive U.S. Reseller for True Temperament Retrofit Necks
New partnership brings Sweden’s revolutionary intonation system to U.S. guitarists through industry-leading supplier

Beginning 18th of august, 2025], StewMac will become the exclusive reseller for True Temperament’s retrofit necks in the United States.
This agreement marks a significant milestone in the availability of True Temperament’s acclaimed Swedish-made, high-precision retrofit necks, allowing U.S. guitarists and luthiers easier access to the company’s revolutionary intonation technology.
The retrofit necks—featuring True Temperament’s signature curved frets—fit standard Strat®/ Tele® and Superstrat-style bodies and provide dramatically improved tuning accuracy across the fretboard, in any key, without the need to retune or modify playing technique.

StewMac will offer the retrofit necks as part of their curated selection of high-quality upgrade and replacement parts. Each neck is crafted from hard maple and features either a maple or rosewood fretboard, and True Temperament’s industry-leading, precision-engineered fretwork—ready to drop into compatible bodies with no modification required.
