True Temperament at NAMM Show 2026

True Temperament at NAMM Show 2026

Our days at NAMM Show 2026 were intense, inspiring, and deeply rewarding.

As always at NAMM, not everything could be captured on camera. Many of our most interesting conversations happened away from the spotlight, and several new projects and orders discussed during the show will have to remain under wraps for now. While we would love to share more, we have promised to keep quiet until the instruments are finished and ready to be revealed. Let’s just say that what’s coming makes the wait well worth it.

Together with our friends at ZUTA, we shared booth 4144 and presented what Sweden brings to the guitar world. Visitors could experience instruments and components from Mattissonbass, Freak Guitar Labs, and our own True Temperament necks, all built by us in Trollhättan using True Temperament technology. From the very first day, the booth became a meeting point for builders, players, and industry professionals curious about intonation, playability, and precision.

Throughout the show, we had the pleasure of meeting an incredible range of people from across the global guitar community. One particularly meaningful moment was spending time with legendary Japanese guitar technician Takumi Suetsugu, whose career includes working with Prince and AC/DC. His enthusiastic response to both the feel and accuracy of our necks meant a great deal to us.

NAMM 2026 also marked several exciting milestones. We were happy to welcome Bassfreq from Singapore as a new customer, and to see Fret Nation officially add True Temperament frets to their US assortment, making our system more accessible to players seeking something beyond the ordinary.

We were equally inspired by the craftsmanship on display. From Germany, Decision Guitars showed a beautiful custom build featuring True Temperament frets, while from Japan we saw outstanding work from Dragonfly Guitar and Kz Guitar Works, both demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and precision.

It was also a pleasure to reconnect with longtime friends and supporters, including Swedish guitarist and producer Per Nilsson, as well as meeting players and educators such as Miami-based guitarist Brev Sullivan. A special mention goes to an elegant and finely executed guitar from Keipro Guitars, which stood out for its design and craftsmanship.

As we packed up booth 4144 and headed home, we did so with a strong list of new orders, new partnerships, and exciting projects ahead. Most of all, we left NAMM 2026 energized by the conversations, feedback, and shared passion for building better instruments.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, played our instruments, and took the time to talk with us. Now it’s time to get back to work.
