This year, True Temperament will be all over Guitar Summit. Our home base will be Booth 165 on Level 0, where we’re sharing the space with our friends at Zuta and Freak Guitar Lab. But that’s only the beginning.
Guitar Summit will be the starting point for something completely new: the TT LabWorks World Tour. One TT LabWorks guitar is about to begin a journey around the world.
After its first appearance in Mannheim, the guitar will travel from country to country, visiting YouTubers, renowned guitarists, guitar stores and guitar magazines along the way. Different players. Different styles. Different places. One guitar.
They’ll get the chance to play it, explore it, record with it, talk about it and share their own experience before sending it on to the next stop. We don’t know exactly where the journey will take it yet. But we know where it starts: Guitar Summit. Mannheim. Booth 165.
This year, there will be more True Temperament to discover beyond Booth 165. Several exciting collaborations are coming together in Mannheim, with both established partners and new brands showing their True Temperament equipped instruments. Some of these models will be shown publicly for the very first time.
Among them is our new cooperation with OZ Guitars Works, with the first OZ guitar featuring True Temperament technology making its debut at Guitar Summit. So keep your eyes open as you walk around the show. You may find those curved frets in more places than you expect.
True Temperament will also be part of the action on stage. Together with longtime True Temperament player Mattias “IA” Eklundh and Freak Guitar Lab, we’ll be involved in several programme appearances during the weekend.
Expect playing, talking, questions, answers and, of course, some seriously good examples of what accurate intonation can do in the hands of one of the most original guitar players around.
And there’s another reason to visit Booth 165. Together with Zuta and Freak Guitar Lab, we’ll be running a competition throughout Guitar Summit with some great prizes up for grabs. More details at the show.
